1) Rumble

Rumble is an upcoming American animated sports comedy film being developed and scheduled to be released in the United States on 18th February 2022 by Paramount Pictures. It is based on a graphic novel named Monster on the Hill by Rob Harrel. It is directed by Hamish Grieve. He is the same guy who directed Rise of the Guardians.

2) Minions 2: The Rise of GRU 2022

Minions: The Rise of Gru which is also known as Minions 2 is an upcoming animated comedy film. It is being produced by Illumination and will be distributed by Universal Pictures. It is the sequel to the Minions 2015. And it is the 5th installment to the Despicable Me franchise. It is scheduled to be released in the United States on July 1, 2022.

3) LightYear

Lightyear is an upcoming animated comedy film. It is produced by Pixar Animation Studios and it will be released by Walt Disney Pictures. It will be the 6th installment to the Toy Story franchise. And instead of announcing Toy Story 5, Pixar decided to utilize the Top Story brand in their upcoming project. So, they announced Lightyear in late 2020. LightYear is scheduled to be released in the United States on June 17, 2022.

4) LUCK

Luck is an upcoming American – Spanish animated comedy film. It is directed by Peggy Holmes and written by Kiel Murray. It is scheduled to be released on 18th February 2022.

5) Puss in Boots: The Last Wish

Puss in Boots: The Last Wish (formerly known as before cancellation Puss in Boots: Nine lives and Forty Thieves) is an upcoming animated action-adventure comedy film. It is sequel to Puss in Boots 2011. It is set to be released in the United States on September 23, 2022.

6) Spellbound

Spellbound is an upcoming American animated film being developed by Skydance Animation. It is produced by David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Lawrence Jonas, Jose Federick San Roman and Ignacio Perez Dolset. It is scheduled to be released in the United States on November 11, 2022. 7) Sonic the Hedgehog 2

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is an upcoming action-adventure comedy film based on the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 video game. It is directed by Jeff Fowler and written by Josh Miller and Pat Casey. It is sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog which was released in 2020. It is scheduled to be released in the United States on April 8 2022.

8) Turning Red

Turning red is an upcoming animated film being produced by Pixar. It will be the 25th feature film of Pixar. It is directed by Domee Shi and produced by Peter Docter and Lindsey Collins. In this film a 13-year-old girl turns into a giant red panda whenever she gets too excited. The movie is set to be released on March 11, 2022.

9) Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Sequel

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Sequel is an upcoming animated movie produced by Sony Pictures Animation and Columbia Pictures. It is the sequel to Spider Man: Into the Spider Verse. It is set to be released in the United States on October 7, 2022.
